The cost estimate uses current Indian market construction rates by budget tier and region, covering structure, finishing and standard fittings. It's a strong starting budget figure, but actual costs vary by contractor, material brand and site conditions — always get a formal quote before finalising.

The free plan gives you a strong, proportioned starting layout for planning and budgeting conversations. For construction-ready drawings with structural detailing and approvals, choose the Homeowner or Builder package where our team reviews and finalises the plan.

The generator applies general setback and proportion conventions, but local municipal bylaws vary by city and state. Always verify final plans against your local development authority's regulations, ideally with a licensed architect.

No — Vastu is entirely optional. Switch it on in the planner form if you'd like room placement guided by Vastu Shastra zoning; leave it off for a purely functional layout.

Yes — the form includes a dedicated Mandir option and a Parking/Garden choice (none, parking, garden, or both), reflected directly in your generated layout.

Absolutely — change any field and click Generate again. Each combination produces a freshly calculated layout, so feel free to compare several options before deciding.

Once logged in, every plan you save is stored to your account and accessible anytime from your Dashboard, where you can revisit, re-download or delete it.
